About the Role
Thunderkick is now looking for a new member to join the Commercial team. You love all areas of business development, is overall a nice person who is very professional. The main objective with the role is to increase the revenues on Thunderkicks existing customers.
We strive to provide the best service in the industry. You will be responsible for enhancing your customers' performance. To achieve this, you will need to be proactive, persistent, and innovative.
On daily basis you will work close with your customers. You will identify and report opportunities for upselling and new businesses. You have to be able to travel on regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and identify business opportunities with your operators
- Onboard and launch new operators
- Promote new content to existing and potential operators
- Handle and prioritize operators daily issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your operators
- Conduct regular business reviews with your operators
- Provide training and support to operators for Thunderkick’s products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams
- Attending industry conferences and events.
About You
We are looking for a proactive professional, with a solid business mindset. You know what a healthy relationship adds to the business and know how to create and maintain it. Needless to say you are a team player with great social skills.
