About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Mathematician to take a leading role in shaping the math behind our slot games — the beating heart of player experience. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who combines a love for numbers with a passion for creativity, entertainment, and innovation.

In this role, you’ll not only design and balance engaging game models, but also mentor a team of mathematicians, bringing your experiences into concept development, implementation, and optimization. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product owners to bring unforgettable slot experiences to life — backed by rock-solid math.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and balance slot game math models, ensuring fun, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game design, art, development, and product teams to align creative vision with mathematical integrity.
• Analyse game performance data and iterate on models to maximize engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with market and jurisdictional requirements across multiple regulated territories.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong analytical foundation — but you also understand the art of fun. You thrive in creative environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping others develop. You’re comfortable taking ownership of both math quality and team development.

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Mathematician in the slot or casino industry.
• Proven experience designing successful slot math models.
• Deep understanding of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistics.
• Solid experience with SW tools for prototyping, simulation and analysis.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills — able to explain complex math clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for games and entertainment.
